MiaCMS 4.6.5 Security Patch 1 Released

The MiaCMS team has released a very imporant security patch, MiaCMS 4.6.5 Security Patch 1. This Patch fixes serious SQL injection issues found in MiaCMS. They "strongly recommend" that all users update there copy of MiaCMS as soon as possible. Here's the scoop:

"As you may or may not be aware, within the last day or two there has been a MiaCMS SQL injection security report making rounds on the web.  We have taken time to carefully review the report and wanted to make you aware of our findings.  The report can be found here for reference - http://secunia.com/advisories/31584/.

Mambo 4.6.5 Released

Team Mambo has announced the release of Mambo 4.6.5, codenamed "Jupiter". This new version of Mambo is apparently a security release, fixing vulnerabilities as well as some bug fixes. It's reccommended that users of Mambo 4.6+ upgrade as soon as possible. Here's the scoop:

"Mambo 4.6.5, codename "Jupiter", has been released. This is a maintenance and security release which fixes some potentially serious security vulnerabilities affecting all earlier versions of 4.6. It is recommended that all 4.6+ users update to 4.6.5 as soon as possible. Instructions for upgrading are included in the release, which you can download from the Mambo Code Forge here."

Mambo 4.6.4 Released

Team Mambo has announced a long-awaited new version of Mambo, this being version 4.6.4. The new release is codenamed "Sunrise" and is simply a maintenance and security release. Here's the scoop:

"Team Mambo has released 4.6.4, codename "Sunrise", as a maintenance and security release. Mambo 4.6.4 fixes some serious security vulnerabilities affecting all earlier versions of 4.6. It is recommended that all 4.6+ users update to 4.6.4 as soon as possible. Instructions for upgrading are included in the release, which you can download from the Mambo Code Forge here."
